Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your payment, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

please contact via email or phone and supply images with the disputed claim
we will endeavour to come out within 5 business days to have a look at the job
if corrections need to be made we will endeavour to have those fixed within 1 business day
Several types of services are exempt from being refunded. Perishable items such as flowers, shrubs, fertilization products, weed control products or topical lawn applications cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 working days.
